National Dental Advisors, a national marketing company focused on being the leader in dental health insurance for seniors, has multiple immediate openings for Associate Advisors. We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to be part of a select sales team delivering highly personalized dental health protection solutions to senior Americans. Further opportunities will be available as the organization expands next fall to offer Medicare and prescription drug solutions to best meet the needs of seniors. Candidates should be highly motivated, well-spoken, outgoing, and caring. Full-time and part-time (flex schedule) positions open.
Responsibilities:
• Make high volume outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Transfer leads to licensed agents for the completion of sale
• Respond to client inquiries and help them solve problems
• Provide a great experience with every customer interaction
• Secure event meetings through outbound calls
Job Qualifications:
Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills. Communicate on the telephone in a manner that is confidence inspiring.
• Have strong sales skills.
• Eager to learn and help educate others.
• Computer savvy. Able to accurately and quickly enter data.
• Have a sales-and-goal-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated, assertive, enthusiastic, organized, and detail oriented.
• Act with honesty and integrity.
Preferred Skills
• Previous insurance experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or completed college work.
• One or more years of call center and telemarketing experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, in a sales or customer service role.

Compensation: base salary and sales incentive. We offer a competitive benefits package to meet the needs of our employees after 90 days for full-time employment. Location: New Rochelle, NY. The office is less than 5 minutes from Exit 16 of Interstate 95. It is next to the Metro-North/Amtrak Train Station; 30 minutes from Grand Central Station.
